Return and Refund Policy

Event balance is due in cash 9 days prior to your event date. Making a deposit means you understand there are NO REFUNDS no exceptions. We will offer a store credit for a future order/event. Ordering balloons? We can NOT GUARANTEE balloons will not pop or deflate. Order at your own risk. 

We ask that you text/call an hour ahead of each appointment to confirm and receive a confirmation response. You must confirm or no one will be available. Phone hours are Monday-Thursday, 9:00am-6:00Pm.
